With offices in Virginia Beach, VA and Washington, DC, Nexus Direct is home to a close-knit group of self-starters and overachievers (creative strategists and techy geeks alike). We’re as diverse as the clients we work with, and we think that’s pretty important. Different perspectives, different talents, but one thing can be said about all of us: we possess an infectious zeal for obtaining the best possible results for our clients. And we think they’d agree. Kristi Rinck

Director of Production Services

As the Director of Production Services, Kristi focuses on improving our clients’ bottom line through her in-depth knowledge of each campaign’s requirements for success. Known for her unstoppable drive for the best results, Kristi prides herself on helping our clients deliver a high-quality product to their customers at the lowest cost.

Kristi joined Nexus Direct in September of 2007 after completing her degree in marketing at Old Dominion University. From her initial role as Project Coordinator to her current position on the agency’s management team, she serves as the senior buyer between Nexus Direct and our print/production service providers. Nicknamed “The Mother of All Projects,” Kristi makes sure the “trains run on time” and a job is completed on schedule, under budget and with zero defects.

Prior to joining Nexus Direct, Kristi was an Electrical Designer for Northrop Grumman Newport News and a Project Management Assistant for Armada Hoffler Construction Company.

Kristi lives with her husband in Virginia Beach, and they recently welcomed a baby boy into their family. When she’s not in the office, Kristi enjoys snowboarding, event planning, seeing live music (she’s a self-declared Phish Head), and serving as the captain of her dodgeball team. She also instructs children’s ballet, tap and jazz classes in her free time.
